Dolphins and bats use echolocation to navigate the world…and so does Daniel Kish. Totally blind since an early age, Kish is literally redefining how blind people are perceived and how they perceive themselves. He has taught himself echolocation, which allows him to maneuver in unfamiliar territory that includes riding a bike in traffic, skating and camping out alone in the wilderness.
