Harvard Business Review on hope, algorithm, failure

Peering into its crystal ball, Harvard Business Review lists 20 "breakthrough ideas" for 2007. Three that grabbed my attention: "Algorithms in the Attic" - dusting off yesterday's "abstruse equations" to solve today's problems; "The Leader from Hope" - why "hope" shouldn't be a four letter word in business; and Clay Shirky "In Defense of Ready, Fire, Aim" on why the bulk of open source projects fail and why "outfailure" works.
