Victoria Myers has worked in non-profit management, communications and fundraising for more than 30 years. She has served as Chief Development Officer at two Academic Medical Centers, University of Miami in Florida and in her current position at University of Kentucky (UK) Medical Center in Lexington. She also served as Vice President for Development at World Wildlife Fund in Washington, DC. During the past four years at UK, her responsibilities have included the establishment of an Arts in HealthCare Program in the clinical setting. In partnership with the UK College of Fine Arts and community and regional arts programs, UK HealthCare is incorporating music, performance and visual arts, as well as art and music therapy in the health care environment. This new, privately funded program has generated more than $5 million in financial support from individuals and foundations.
