Developing the "opposable" business mind

"Business strategists tend to be well-versed in the identification and analysis of constraints. But what about possibilities?"

As pointed out by Mark Vanderbeeken at Putting People First, the Rotman School of Management's latest issue of Rotman, its magazine, is out and it explores integrative thinking in management. I thought the  quote above stood out.

Quite a number of articles about developing the "opposable mind" and cross-disciplinary thinking are available online, so I won't go into them here. Instead, download "Thinking about Thinking" and see for yourself.
