While looking around for some news on John Cramer's retrocausality experiment I took the opportunity to read a little more about his transactional interpretation of quantum mechanics, which suggests that an effect might be observed before its cause. It's an idea Cramer will put to the test. See this post from Centauri Dreams for added background.
Cramer's experiment brought to mind another suggestion that makes some intuitive sense to me. Bearing in mind that I have an amateur's grasp of the subject and that intuition can sometimes be worthless, here goes: if we can envision all of space as existing at once, why not all of time? Or conversely: does time's arrow simply tell us that oblivion is unstable?
I'm looking forward to hearing the outcome of John Cramer's very interesting experiment.
