New images continue to arrive from from Cassini, which has been mapping Saturn and its moons since July, 2004.
Note the shadow cast on the planet from the rings. The image was taken in visible light with the Cassini spacecraft wide-angle camera on May 14, 2007 at a distance of approximately 1.8 million kilometers from the planet. Image scale is 101 kilometers per pixel.
