Mobile technology and "timeless time"

Putting People First points out what looks to be an interesting journal on psychology and technology called the PsychNology Journal. The link is courtesy of Past&Vinegar, which notes that the journal will be doing a special issue on mobile media and communication.

The journal's call for papers suggests that mobile media "has [been] said to have created 'timeless time,'" which reminded me of Heidegger's aphorism that when we come to be we find that we are already there - a tautology that packs a punch.

Nicolas Nova, who edits Pasta&Vinegar, also takes note of this space/place workshop (pdf) at the Participatory Design Conference.
