Trust and transparency

Hypergene Media Blog interviewed corporate anthropologist and physicist Karen Stephenson on media and trust. Stephenson believes trust is the glue of human relationships and can transfer to digital media as long as reputation is nurtured. Think EBay.

The interview reminded me a bit of an Amy Gahran post at Contentious about media objectivity and transparency being two halves of the same coin. In the digital economy, you need both.
