Image: Geyser moon spews "carbonated water"

Until the 2005 visit by Cassini - and its many subsequent flybys - we had no idea that these geysers existed. Heated internally by Saturn's strong embrace, Enceladus vents an organic brew like "carbonated water" miles into the vacuum of space. Could there be an ocean beneath this surface?

Look closely at the shadowed foreground and you'll see the tops of even more plumes.
